St. Mary’s Carnival Starts This Week
St. Mary’s Family Carnival – June 2019
Wednesday June 5th
– The carnival is open from 6-10PM
– Live music with Dave & Margie from 7:30-9:30PM
– Pay-one-price wristbands are just $20* for unlimited rides
Thursday June 6th
– The carnival is open from 6-10PM
– Live music with the MoJo Band and Tom Auriti – 7:30-9:30PM
– International food night – Italian Specialties in addition to standard offerings.
Friday June 7th
– The carnival is open from 6-10:30PM
– Live music from The Mondays with Bill Goodman, Jr. – 8:30-10:30PM
– International food night – Filipino specialties in addition to standard offerings.
Saturday June 8th
Afternoon session from 1-5PM
– Pay-one-price wristbands are just $20* for unlimited rides
Evening Session from 6:30-11PM
– Live music with Peter Grecco and Domenick Panfile – 7:30-9:30PM
– Big Game drawing will be held at 10:30PM
Raffles for many great items are available in the school hall along with the fish-bowl toss and our giant white elephant sale.
Hamburgers, cheeseburgers, chicken fingers, French fries, cheese fries, sausage & pepper and cheese steak sandwiches, pretzels and cold beverages can be found in the food booth. Hot beverages and desserts will be sold in the school hall. Hot dogs and Italian ices will be available on the midway. There is seating near the food booths and inside the school hall.
Big Game 50/50 raffle tickets will be available throughout the carnival at the information desk. The drawing will be held at about 10:30PM on Saturday.
Please note that the carnival is a smoke-free and pet-free zone.
* Pay-one-price wristbands will be for sale on Wednesday evening until 9PM and Saturday afternoon until 4PM.

The Carnival is coming . . .
Big 50/50 Raffle Tickets
Don’t forget to fill out the BIG 50/50 raffle tickets and either drop them off or mail them to the parish office. You can also put them in the collection basket at mass. Additional tickets are available in the parish office and will be available on the midway during the carnival. The drawing will be held at 10:30PM on June 8th.
There will be three (3) prizes:
– First Prize 25% of the proceeds
– Second Prize 15% of the proceeds
– Third Prize 10% of the proceeds
White Elephant Booth
Donations to our White Elephant Booth will be accepted on Friday, May 31st from 9-11AM and 6-8PM at Szelest Hall, the school auditorium. We appreciate your donations!
Carnival volunteers needed . . .
As June approaches, we are asking for everyone’s assistance in helping to make this year’s carnival a success. If you can spare just a few hours anytime over the course of four days, it would be a great help. This is one of those instances when your donation of time is of greatest value to the parish.
The carnival volunteer form is available here. Just print it out, fill in your available time and contact information and drop it in the collection basket or at the parish office. We will contact you as we create the schedule.
