Ash Wednesday is on February 10th, Lent Begins
Ashes will be distributed at the 7AM, 8:45AM and 7:30PM masses. There will also be a prayer service with distribution of ashes at 3:30PM.
Join us for our Lenten Simple supper on Ash Wednesday, Feb. 10th at 6PM in the Spiritual Formation Center of the school. The supper consists of soup, bread, and peanut butter and jelly sandwiches for the kids.
The cost is simply a free-will offering which is donated to St. John’s Soup Kitchen in Newark. It is a good gather as a parish community as we begin our journey of Prayer, Fasting and Almsgiving, the disciplines of Lent.

Our parish will collect items for St. Clare’s Home for Children, which is a part of the AIDS Resource Foundation in Newark. Please take a tag off the Lenten tree and return it with the item to church before the end of Lent. Tags are available the first weekend of Lent, February 13-14.
Get ready for SOUP-er Bowl Sunday!
Our Youth Group will be collecting soup cans at all the masses the weekend of January 30th/31st and during Super Bowl Sunday weekend! You can drop off cans at the church vestibule.

Fr. Michael’s Farewell Reception
